2-Channel (-20mA to +20mA)2-Channel (-20mA to +20mA) Ref: SNAP-AIMA

The SNAP-AIMA provides two channels of -20 mA to +20 mA analog current input. The module does not supply loop excitation current. Although the two channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices.

32-Channel (-20mA to +20mA)32-Channel (-20mA to +20mA) Ref: SNAP-AIMA-32

The SNAP-AIMA-32 provides 32 channels of -20 mA to +20 mA analog current input. The module does not supply loop excitation current. Although the 32 channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices.

CAUTION: We strongly recommend that you use the SNAP-AIMA-HDB breakout rack and SNAP-HD-BF6 wiring harness with this module. Miswiring of any point on the module can cause severe damage; the breakout rack protects the module from many wiring errors.

NOTE: This module can be used only with SNAP PAC brains and R-series controllers. See SNAP-AIMA for a two-channel module that can also be used with legacy SNAP Ethernet and serial brains.

For a similar module that provides two isolated channels, see SNAP-AIMA-i.

For a module that provides two isolated channels and supplies loop excitation, see SNAP-AIMA-iSRC.

4-Channel (-20mA to +20mA)4-Channel (-20mA to +20mA) Ref: SNAP-AIMA-4

The SNAP-AIMA-4 provides four channels of -20 mA to +20 mA analog current input. The module does not supply loop excitation current. Although the four channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices. This module can be used only with SNAP Ethernet-based brains.

8-Channel (-20mA to +20mA)8-Channel (-20mA to +20mA) Ref: SNAP-AIMA-8

The SNAP-AIMA-8 provides eight channels of -20 mA to +20 mA current input. The module does not supply loop excitation current. Although the eight channels are not isolated from each other, the module is transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices. This module can be used with SNAP Ethernet-based brains, SNAP PAC R-series controllers, and SNAP PAC SB-series serial brains.

NOTE: This module does not provide channel-to-channel isolation. If you need an isolated module, see the two-channel SNAP-AIMA-i module.

2-Channel (-20mA to +20mA) Isolated2-Channel (-20mA to +20mA) Isolated Ref: SNAP-AIMA-i

The SNAP-AIMA-i provides two isolated channels of -20 mA to +20 mA analog current input. The module does not supply loop excitation current. In addition to having two channels isolated from each other, the module is also transformer isolated and optically isolated from other modules and devices.

Datasheet

2-Channel (-20mA to +20mA) Isolated with Loop Sourcing2-Channel (-20mA to +20mA) Isolated with Loop Sourcing Ref: SNAP-AIMA-iSRC

The SNAP-AIMA-iSRC provides two isolated channels of -20 mA to +20 mA analog current and also includes built-in loop sourcing capability. With the connection of a single 24 V power supply, the module sources 24 V for two 4-20 mA loops. The loops are internally connected to the individual inputs. The two channels and their loop sources are isolated from each other.

Other options:
If you do not need loop sourcing, see SNAP-AIMA-i.
If you do not need channel-to-channel isolation, see SNAP-AIMA.

2-Channel (-1mA to +1mA) Isolated2-Channel (-1mA to +1mA) Isolated Ref: SNAP-AIMA2-i

The SNAP-AIMA2-i module provides two isolated channels with an input range of -1 mA to +1 mA. This module does not supply loop excitation current.
